Biography

Hope started working with Jenkins Bagley Sperry as a paralegal in May, 2017. During her time as a paralegal, Hope assisted our firm with litigation preparation, business formations, and contract reviews but she primarily assisted with matters involving HOA law. Hope has worked closely with partners Bruce C. Jenkins and Carson B. Bagley on reviewing and updating governing documents for existing HOAs, preparing governing documents for new developments, drafting and sending demand letters, and analyzing HOA issues. In 2020, Hope moved to Wyoming to pursue a law degree at the University of Wyoming College of Law while still working as a paralegal for our firm. While in law school, Hope served as a staff member for Wyoming Law Review her 2L year and as the managing editor her 3L year. Hope graduated with honors and was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 2023. Hope now works in our Richfield office and is excited to get to know the people and the area of Sevier County.
