Shelly M. Baur

Shelly is from South Weber, Utah. She graduated from Weber State University in 2004 with her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice with an emphasis in pre-law. She graduated from Gonzaga University Law School in 2007 with a Juris Doctorate. Shelly is licensed to practice law in Utah, Idaho, Nebraska and Wyoming.

For nearly two decades her practice has focused on creditor representation and collections for numerous financial institutions. Her skill set is dealing with debtor disputes, real property title issue resolution, reformation and quiet title actions, unlawful detainer actions, and foreclosures, both judicial and non judicial proceedings.

In her spare time, Shelly loves to be outside and enjoy the great outdoors with her three girls and sheepadoodle. She also loves cooking, weightlifting, and going to concerts.
