Biography
Aaron Pacini is a partner at Jenkins Bagley Sperry, PLLC, and is licensed to practice in Utah. He has served as General Counsel for companies engaged in development, financing, property management, software, education, and energy. Aaron has broad experience in mediation, arbitration, and litigation, and has successfully represented clients in partner, contract, interference, and other commercial disputes. Aaron has also successfully represented both homeowners and associations in various matters. Aaron has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating real estate, financing, purchase sale, and other complex agreements, and providing general legal advice to businesses and associations in matters of entity creation, compliance, and governance.
Prior to passing the bar, Aaron worked in national intelligence and clerked for the Honorable Clark Waddoups in the United States District Court for the District of Utah. Aaron currently serves as the Secretary and Treasurer of the Utah Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Association Board of Directors, and enjoys spending time with his family, participating in his local church, making pizza in his brick oven, reading, and thinking about spending time outdoors.
