Biography
Kyle grew up in Alpine, Utah, and played basketball and golf in high school. For his undergraduate
degree, Kyle studied history at Brigham Young University. He was the editor in chief of the BYU
Prelaw Review and also worked on the Hyrum Smith Papers Project.
For his law studies, Kyle attended the Texas Tech University School of Law where he was the
managing editor of the Estate Planning and Community Property Law Journal. In addition to his
growing experience in the specialty areas of Jenkins, Bagley, Sperry, PLLC, Kyle has interest in water
law.
In his spare time, Kyle enjoys golf, pickleball (a two-time intramural champion at BYU), and spending
time outdoors with his family.
